Miso-Glazed Salmon ★鮭のみそ漬け焼き
My mum recently sent me some Koshikikari Shinmai (new harvest rice) directly from Japan. So, today I’m having a simple, healthy Japanese meal, to truly enjoy this beautiful rice. I have also, made a delicious Miso containing grazed salmon to accompany my Koshikikari Shinmai.

★ Miso-grazed Salmon
Ingredients:
* 3 salmon fillets
* Miso 2 Tablespoons
* Cooking rice wine 2 Tablespoons
* Mirin 2 Tablespoons(Substitute: 2 teaspoons sugar if no Mirin)
* Sugar 1 Tablespoons
* Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
* Water 3/4cup to steam the salmon
